Harfenrundweg Seeham

Seeham, Salzburg

ausstellung

With the opening of the HARFENRUNDWEG in SEEHAM at Obertrumersee, one of the most attractive sculpture parks in the Salzburger Seenland was established. The basic idea is to utilize a slope at the edge of the forest above the Tobelmühle. The hiking trail laid out there is 600 meters long and is equipped with 7 rest areas. The art installation consists of partially playable fantasy harps approximately 3 meters high. 1. Harp of ENCOUNTER 2. Harp of THE SENSES 3. Harp of THE HEART 4. Harp of MELODY 5. Harp of THE JOURNEY The objects are made from native ash and cherry wood (Vororthölzer). To achieve a durability of 10 years, the static construction is made from 6cm steel pipes. To enhance the sound experience, some sound elements are installed. Guided tours: Registration Tel. +43(0)660 7376627 Duration 1.5 hours per person 9 € Maximum participants: 12 persons The individual walk-through is possible daily from 7 am to 10 pm. Starting point is before the Teufelsgrabeneingang (high ropes course), turn right. The ascent is slightly steeper for the first 150 meters; the rest of the route is a gentle hike. Firm hiking shoes are recommended. The marked route of the Harfenrundweg is to be considered at your own responsibility. No liability is accepted for accidents of any kind. Photographing the harp objects is only allowed with selfies (photo with persons and harp). The five marked harp objects may be plucked on the steel cables to create sounds, but under no circumstances should the objects be climbed, ascended, glued, labeled, or otherwise altered, as this constitutes property damage and will be restored to the original condition as quickly as possible.
