Gustav-Mahler-Gedenkstätte

Gustav Mahler (1860-1911) spent the entire season here in 1880 as the spa concert conductor. His duties at the time included placing the sheet music on the stands before each performance, dusting the piano, and pushing the baby "Mitzi Zwerenz" (daughter of the theater director) in her stroller around the theater during the intermission. Tip: An exhibition about his work in Bad Hall can be found in the Museum Forum Hall.
