The main focus of the gallery, founded in 1977, is the intensive engagement with contemporary painting and sculpture/installation, based on working with the gallery's artists (primarily artists from Austria with an international orientation) including work productions, mediation and communication with museums, curators and critics, as well as support for museum exhibitions.
