Funpark Rust

The newly designed leisure park in Rust on Lake Neusiedl is a flagship for innovative sports infrastructure in Austria. In addition to a funcourt and an outdoor fitness court, the first asphalt pumptrack in Burgenland was realized. The facility, planned and implemented by Balzamico Trail Design, extends over 1000 square meters and offers users maintenance-free riding fun all year round. Specially adapted curve radii and wave combinations provide the necessary momentum to "pump" through the course. The focus here is on coordination and endurance training. Similar to "ski-cross", the goal of such a pumptrack is to move forward solely by rhythmically loading and unloading the arms and legs. However, in contrast to conventional BMX tracks built with earth, the asphalt surface serves a much larger target group. Whether with skateboards, inline skates, scooters, micro scooters, BMX or mountain bikes; all users of every age and skill level get their money's worth on just one facility.
