The distinctive 10-meter diving tower is a magnet for adventurers, and the sports pool allows sports enthusiasts to swim on the "success wave." With the 116-meter-long speed slide, the Freibad Fürstenfeld is equipped with a great new attraction for leisure. The outdoor pool is awarded the Styrian bathing quality seal. Already a giant in terms of area, the largest outdoor pool in Austria has now been equipped with a 116-meter-long speed slide. Access is via a 12-meter-high ascent tower leading to the entry terminal of the new slide. The traffic-light-controlled speed slide meets the highest TÜV safety standards, and each ride is stopped with an accuracy of a hundredth of a second. With the speed slide, Austria's largest outdoor pool now also has the longest slide of this type among Austria’s outdoor pools. RELAXATION AT FREIBAD FÜRSTENFELD The spacious sunbathing areas offer tranquility and peace. Thanks to the trees, many shady spots are available for relaxing — even the car can be parked in the immediate vicinity in the shade. For an even more comfortable experience, you can rent a deck chair and sunshade and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a few hours.
