Fit & Fun am Rannastausee in Neustift

From the well-known Kneipp and fitness trail around the Rannastausee, a new leisure area for families and guests eager for exercise was created in summer 2022. "Fit & Fun am Rannastausee" is a new motor skills and movement trail that includes 12 motor skills stations. The individual stations with the associated tasks and variations on the individual pieces of equipment are explained on informative boards. "Fit & Fun am Rannastausee" enables the improvement of motor skills in combination with a lot of fun with new forms of movement. Visitors to "Fit & Fun" with little movement experience are encouraged to move through a motivation level. Movement enthusiasts enjoy the different, previously unknown movement offering of a motor skills fun park. Thus, the use of the equipment ranges from creative, enjoyable play to playful and targeted training. Motor skills fun parks can be used individually and purposefully by the whole family on a Sunday outing, by active senior groups, by school classes oriented towards popular sports, and by competitive athletes. Between the stations, comfortable seating and relaxation areas offer time to relax and daydream. The already existing Kneippweg Oberkappel is also part of "Fit & Fun am Rannastausee" and can be used positively for health. In the municipalities of Oberkappel, Pfarrkirchen, and Neustift, there is an entry point with parking facilities.
