As the herbalist of KRÄUTERWEG KALTWASSER on Gmundnerberg, I have been organizing herb walks, workshops, and annual courses for over 10 years. Our property is a magical natural hillside meadow surrounded by forest, including a wild herb show garden adorned with natural clay creations. Here we immerse ourselves in the pristine world of wild herbs, let ourselves be inspired by their beauty and diversity, and transform them into creative (mostly edible) creations.Furthermore, at KRÄUTERWEG, I harvest buds, blossoms, leaves, roots, and resins in the rhythm of the seasons and with mindfulness, and dry and process them into tea, syrups, jellies, jams, wild herb salt, herb pillows, incense, etc. For me, simplicity must always be maintained: Less – but with full presence – is more!
