The Elfenberg presents its visitors with nature in all its diversity. To ensure that the offerings can be enjoyed by as many visitor groups as possible, there are numerous special features... The Elfenberg is low-lying and accessible, for example right at the entrance of the ticket area. For a successful outing, there is also the animal park, the summer toboggan run, and the fun park. First and foremost: a surveillance center monitors the entire area, and all facilities can be stopped or closed at any time. Those who are not afraid of heights can simply take the chairlift to the mountain station. A dedicated device transports strollers, and wheelchairs are also gladly accommodated. Staff are happy to assist with boarding and disembarking, and the lift is of course stopped for safety. Those who want to avoid high altitudes can also drive by bus or car to the last parking lot directly at the mountain station and start their tour from there. The paths are mostly wheelchair accessible, making them suitable for wheelchair users as well. However, visitors should bring a bit of adventurous spirit, as this is an outing in the open nature, which means some paths may have more than 10% incline. The enclosures are mostly surrounded by glass windows, either continuously or at various heights, so everyone can get a view. The display cases at the raptor station are also accessible for wheelchair users and well visible. The Café-Restaurant Elfenberg, the Wildpark inn, and the Kobold Kiosk warmly invite you to take a break and refresh yourself. The staff are well-trained and can also assist with existing food allergies.
