Ice bathing at Plansee. Changing rooms are available. Please leave them clean and observe the ice bathing rules.Ice bathing rules:1. Only go ice bathing if you are in good health and never alone2. Warm up beforehand/ possibly breathing technique/ mindset3. Wear a hat, gloves and neoprene shoes4. Do not immerse hands and head in the water5. Breathe calmly and deeply6. Do not overdo the duration in the water7. After ice bathing, dry off and put on warm clothes8. Warm up with movement "Horse Stance"
