The skating park in front of the Sonnentherme is being replaced by an innovative, environmentally friendly Glice synthetic ice rink – for conscious ice skating fun for all ages, possible all year round. It looks like ice, feels like ice – but isn't. The modern synthetic ice surface made of special plastic panels requires no electricity, water, or chemical coolants. On 450 m², guests experience realistic ice skating with optimal glide and grip – at any temperature. A high-quality skate rental (sizes 25–48), skating aids, heated changing rooms, and warm drinks complete the offer. For the youngest, there are even free baby skates. For kindergarten, school, and adult groups, appointments outside of opening hours can also be arranged by prior appointment.
