Rafting or raft travel, as the transport of wood through the Drau valley was formerly called, was the only possible transport route, because roads and railways did not yet exist. We have made use of this ancient passion and tradition to offer you a place of deceleration, a place where you can let your soul dangle. In 2004, the idea was born to revive rafting on the Drau. But not as originally, to transport goods, but to transport passengers. RESERVATION REQUIRED The new cross-border Drau raft with 80 seats or the culture raft with 40 seats, both are an extraordinary location for your celebration. Whether family, birthday, club or company celebrations, you can always surprise with a raft trip. The raft trip with the new cross-border raft starts at the Lavamünd/Rabenstein pier, then the four-hour, cross-border journey on the breathtaking Drau begins in the direction of Unterdrauburg. The culture raft starts in the Lavamünd leisure center and travels upstream. On both rafts, a fantastic natural backdrop with many highlights awaits you. Our rafts are supervised by certified rafters. Local caterers will spoil your palate, while music invites you to linger and dance. The rafts are very well equipped and have modern toilet facilities.
