Viewpoint over Bad Aussee A short walk, a beautiful view, and right in the middle of the Ausseerland: Die Tauscherin above the Kurpark Bad Aussee is a special viewpoint for anyone who wants to enjoy a small break with a panoramic view. From the cozy benches, there is a lovely view over Bad Aussee with the historic city center and the Stadtpfarrkirche St. Paul. Surrounding it is the impressive mountain world of the Ausseerland with Loser, Trisselwand, Sarstein, and the Dachstein massif. Short walk with a great outlook Die Tauscherin is accessible on foot from the Kurpark Bad Aussee. The path leads up to the viewpoint via the Gamsensteg and some steps. The short, somewhat steeper ascent is rewarded with a magnificent panorama. Whether as a small pause during a walk through Bad Aussee, as a cozy destination for a short trip, or as a quiet place to enjoy the landscape – Die Tauscherin can be wonderfully combined with a visit to the Kurpark and the city center. Especially atmospheric is the viewpoint in the early morning or evening when the light bathes the mountains and roofs of Bad Aussee in a special play of colors. On a clear night, it is worth looking up: with a bit of luck, you can even observe shooting stars here.
