The cityXpress is the ideal starting point for a trip to the local mountain of Zell am See - the Schmittenhöhe. Families with children can easily reach the picturesque Speicherteich Plettsaukopf at 1,328 meters above sea level from the town center. right next to the Speicherteich, the eponymous adventure playground awaits daring pirates at the water play area or in the play ship. Once at the mountain station, fun is guaranteed not only in summer: in winter, you find yourself right in the Schmittenhöhe ski area. Ski and snowboard gear on, you can choose between a blue and a black piste.
