Burg Ehrenberg

Once, the castle ensemble was considered an impregnable fortress and was the most important customs station between the northern and southern trade routes. Today, the Klause with the surrounding castles and fortresses is probably one of the oldest and most important fortification systems in the northern Tyrolean Pre-Alps.
