The hotel's own miniature train is fun for kids and relaxation for parents. The ride across the Tauplitzalm high plateau is a great comfort for all who don't like to walk and a stroke of luck for those who cannot hike for health reasons. With the miniature train, it is possible to visit three of the six mountain lakes. The ride takes about one hour. During this ride, the entire view of the surrounding mountain world opens up. (Totes Gebirge, Grimming, Dachstein, Stoderzinken, Schladminger Tauern, Gesäuse,...)Particularly fascinating in the months of June to August is the unique variety of flowers. From mid-June to early/mid-September, the grazing cattle can also be admired.
