Brucknerorgel

The Bruckner Organ, equipped with four manuals, 103 registers, and 7,389 organ pipes, is known far beyond the country's borders. It was built from 1770 to 1774 by the Ljubljana priest and organ builder Franz Xaver Chrisman and named in 1930 after the former Florianer Sängerknabe (choirboy), teacher, and organist Anton Bruckner. Anton Bruckner is buried beneath the famous Bruckner Organ in the Augustinian Canons' Monastery of St. Florian.
