Here, at the spring, a noblewoman asked the Mother of God for the continued existence of her lineage. Mother Mary appeared to her and promised her abundant offspring. Thereupon, a white rose bloomed in the middle of the wilderness. In earlier times, crutches left behind by healed people were kept here. The Bräukapelle is located on the hiking trail "Bründlweg" No. 89, from Wesenufer to Waldkirchen. The spring is freely accessible and equipped with a ladle. The Bräukapelle is situated on the old road from Waldkirchen to Wesenufer. It was built at the aforementioned spring. In 1900, master brewer Alois Rosenstingl had the chapel rebuilt from the ground up, and in 1954, the wooden structure was replaced by a solid building. In 2007, the chapel was renovated according to original plans. The centerpiece is the wooden statue of the Immaculate Conception of Lourdes from the Ateliera Linzinger.
