Archery is a sport suitable for the whole family. It can be practiced by people aged 8 to 80 and is one of the oldest Olympic disciplines, currently enjoying great popularity. The focus is not only on the sporting challenge, but also on physical and mental well-being; mind and soul are brought into harmony. With bow and arrow, we have the power to connect with the target in a harmonious unit. The self-experience of focusing on a goal and achieving it is strengthened. Archery improves concentration and promotes self-confidence. This sport also shows a positive healthy effect on existing postural damage, strengthening the body's core, torso, and shoulder girdle muscles. We warmly welcome day guests and club members to our facility. All training opportunities are available to them. For beginners, we offer expert instruction on the correct handling of bow and arrow. Sufficient rental equipment and suitable bows with individual draw weights are available and can be rented for a small fee. Our 3D course leads through an idyllic forest, featuring 32 animals of different sizes and distances. The walking time for the course is approximately 2 hours. To be able to train undisturbed even in bad weather or rain, we offer a hall with 4 lanes and a shooting length of 16 m. On the target training area, with a distance of up to 50 m, one's own shooting technique can be perfected. Our training course is open all year round, in summer and winter, and accessible continuously from Monday to Sunday. Experts and advanced archers simply sign into the course book available in the Bogensport- und Reiterstüberl and off they go. In the cozy Stüberl (lounge), you are welcome to rest after training. Coffee and small refreshments are also provided there. Smaller company events, corporate celebrations, sports project days, children's birthdays, etc., for up to approx. 20 people can also be booked and organized with us.
