Blasiuskirche in Völs

The small church above Völs is dedicated to Saint Blasius. Saint Blasius is one of the 14 Holy Helpers; his blessing is given on his feast day, February 3rd, after Holy Mass. "Through the intercession of St. Blasius, may the Lord preserve you from all illnesses!"
