Following the motto "Best airtime for everyone", the snow park was designed by park builder Wille Kaufmann so that not only pros, but also rookies and beginners can find suitable obstacles for taking off. The perfectly snow-shaped park landscape consists of a constantly changing set-up and is maintained daily by a dedicated shaper team. Betterpark Hintertux is a true dream for experienced freestylers who come to Hintertux from all over the world to train there. Betterpark Hintertux is open from April to early June and from mid-September to December, putting it far ahead of all other parks in Austria. In autumn, it is the first snow park to open in Austria and hosts Europe's first snow park opening: The Hotzone.tv Park Opening takes place annually on the first weekend of October and is a must-attend event for international stars and freestyle fans from near and far. A perfect start to the season with free board tests, great parties & events and guaranteed snow for boarding and freestyling on the Hintertux Glacier!
