My passion for hiking began in my childhood. Later, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, yoga, and in winter, ski touring and cross-country skiing were added. Training as an instructor in health sports, Pilates, and Nordic Walking followed, which I also offer to the public at the local winter sports club. Movement in the beautiful nature around Tragöss and travels to the mountains of various countries such as Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Greece, France, Norway, Spain, Portugal, and Nepal are for me the best balance to the physically and psychologically demanding professional everyday life as a registered nurse. With the ascent of the Matterhorn and Island Peak, a 6000er in Nepal, I fulfilled my lifelong dreams. A severe stroke of fate prompted me to complete the instructor course for via ferratas at the AV and the certified hiking guide course at the VAVÖ. My goal is to bring the beauties of nature and the mountains closer to other people, but also to point out the dangers and the associated correct behavior in the mountains.
