Bergbaumuseum Hall in Tirol

The Hall in Tirol Mining Museum is located in the middle of Hall's old town. The tunnel, reconstructed after the salt mine in Halltal, gives guests an informative insight into the history of salt extraction. Since 1967, the mine with its tunnels in Halltal has been shut down. Salt is no longer mined here. The artificially created tunnel in the old town of Hall in Tirol nevertheless allows visitors to immerse themselves in the world of mining. Shafts, tools, minerals, a slide and much more convey the feeling of being "underground" oneself. Glück auf!
