Baderbühlkapelle

The construction of this private chapel on the former Baderbühel was first mentioned in 1565. In 1859, this chapel was expanded with the addition of the sacristy and the tower. Also worth mentioning is a crown of thorns from the Christ actor of the Passion Plays from the year 1800, which is kept in the chapel. After extensive restoration work and with co-financing from the Federal Monuments Office, the chapel shines again in new splendor. The depiction of the altarpiece shows the "Seven Sorrows of Mary", to whom the chapel is consecrated.
