Every two weeks from March to December, 'Backtage' (baking days) are held, during which participants can bake along for a maintenance fee of €10. The master baker and confectioner Bruno Steinwender and his team are available for questions, guidance, and information. This way, visitors are introduced to the project 'Vom Korn zum täglich Brot' ('From Grain to Daily Bread') in a simple and informal manner, and knowledge about grain, flour, and bread is conveyed.
