Since April 2023, the viewing tower in Unterlamm shines in new splendor and with a few more meters in height!The currently most famous sight in the municipality of Unterlamm is the new viewing tower in Vorderberg. Following an idea by Mr. Thomas Papapietro, the planning and implementation were carried out by the company Holzbau Rosenberger. The foundation for this was executed by the company Heinrich - Bau. With its 15 m, it towers over Vorderberg and invites you to pause for a few minutes and let your gaze wander over our breathtaking region.HIKING AROUND THE VIEWING TOWERIt's not just autumn as the classic hiking season that lures you into nature - also in winter with suitable footwear, in spring looking for the first signs of spring, or in summer with a view of the beautiful landscape - the many hiking trails are waiting to be discovered. The view from the viewing tower is characterized by numerous extensively managed meadows, the many natural hedges, and the old, large scattered fruit tree populations and should inspire the exploration of all 12 ERLebensräume (experience spaces) in Unterlamm.PARKING OPPORTUNITIESThe viewing tower is embedded in a beautiful natural landscape in Vorderberg and is therefore only accessible on foot. Parking is available directly in the village center in Unterlamm, about a 15-minute walk from the new viewing tower.
