Aussichtsturm Aschau

In the midst of wheat fields and meadows stands the approximately 8m high observation tower on the Kreuzberg in the Burgenland village of Aschau. Once you reach the top, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view at an altitude of approx. 600 meters. From there, there is a direct line of sight to the observation tower on the Hutwisch in Hochneukirchen (Lower Austria), the so-called “Guglhupf” in Redlschlag, and the observation tower on the Geschriebenstein in Rechnitz. On a clear day, the view even extends to the Dolomites and Riegersburg.
