Drive from Pöllau towards Pöllauberg and from there on to Masenberg. For hiking enthusiasts, there are also hiking trails towards Masenberg or the forest nature trail directly on Masenberg. Just above the mountain hut you will find the summit cross. There you can enjoy a magnificent view as far as Vorau.For those who are hungry and thirsty, there are two gastronomic establishments on Masenberg:Masenberger Olmstoll, Tel. +43 664 5129603 Schutzhütte am Masenberg (mountain hut), Tel. +43 664 9142917 "SAM" stands for "Sammeltaxi Oststeiermark" (shared taxi East Styria) and closes the mobility gap where buses and trains do not operate.
