Ausgrabung am Kathreinkogel

Erected in 1986/87 above the cistern. Two sections: In the north wing: general information on fundamental questions of European human history. In the south wing: a cross-section of the finds excavated at Kathreinkogel and on the burial ground of Frög/Rosegg (ceramics, glass, fibulae, etc.), as well as documentation of the archaeological work. Directions The Kathreinkogel is located between Schiefling am Wörthersee and St. Egyden an der Drau. From the Kreuzwirt parking lot, it's about a 30-minute walk to the summit plateau.
