Auferstehungskirche

The Auferstehungskirche is the parish church of the settlement St. Georgen. It was planned by the Telfs master builder Anton Klieber and built in 1974/75. In October 1975, the church was consecrated by Bishop Paulus Rusch. The tower and bells were added 20 years later. These were consecrated by Dean Franz Saurer on October 26, 1995. The freestanding church tower was planned by Anton Klieber and completed under his supervision. The four bells were cast by the traditional bell founder family Grassmayr in Innsbruck.
