The ART SPACE stift millstatt is a vibrant place for contemporary art - unique in Carinthia. Themes of art, movement and dance, literature and music form an exciting annual program. As a team, we maintain close exchange with our audience, act close to wishes and needs, offer community projects, workshops and courses, each tailored to age and content. Audience discussions, introductions to exhibitions and dance performances, open rehearsals, readings and music formats for young and old take place. The annual program is planned jointly by the sections: Community Program, the Gallery for International Contemporary Art, and the international label for dance, but with separate budgets. Our community is international, open-minded, multicultural and intergenerational. Fundamental values of the fairness code as well as a contemporary, gender-appropriate orientation, consistent multilingualism and respectful interaction are lived.
