From Analog to Digital Among the exhibits in the Photography Museum in Dietersdorf am Gnasbach near Sankt Peter am Ottersbach are true rarities. The showpiece of the collection is a travel camera from 1890 with a glass plate negative. Using over 1000 exhibited items, the development of photography and film is explained, with sound and office technology completing the program. "For the first photo in 1826, a whole day of exposure time was needed," says Johann Kurzweil, who has been collecting historical photo and film cameras as well as projectors for several years. The nationwide unique collection of the Analog & DIGITAL Photography Museum in Dietersdorf am Gnasbach can, of course, be visited all year round by prior arrangement.
