In addition to rewarding hiking destinations such as the Edelhütte, the Ahornspitze or the GenießerRundWeg Ahorn, the Ahorn also has many other attractions to offer:• AdlerBühne Ahorn in Mayrhofen – eye to eye with the kings of the skies. It has the highest goosebumps factor to feel the breeze when eagles, bush sardines and owls float only a few centimetres above the head. It is these experiences that captivate the audience of the AdlerBühne Ahorn in addition to the spectacular flight maneuvers of these sublime and elegant creatures. Up to 800 spectators at each performance, which takes place every day (except Tuesday) at 2 p. m.• During the construction of the Ahornbahn, care was taken to ensure that the lift system blends as harmoniously as possible into the surrounding natural environment. A simple and straightforward architecture combined with state-of-the-art technology form the concept of the Ahornbahn, which has already been awarded several times.• Additional attractions:- SunriseGondola on the Ahorn: Every Tuesday in July to September.- BergSteigerGondel: For early risers, the Ahornbahn runs daily from mid-June to the end of September at 7. 30 a. m. in all weather conditions.- Hiking Trail Filzenkogel: The hiking trail offers big and small mountain climbers the opportunity to immortalize themselves in the summit book with a magnificent panoramic view of the Zillertal Alps.- FalknerOase: Here you can learn all about the history of falconry and much more at seven exciting stations around the reservoir.- AhornSee and AhornBachl: Around the AhornSee and the AhornBachl, visitors of all ages will find numerous opportunities to play, rest and linger.
